This pre-launch notice explains the intended use of personal information. Controller details and final retention periods must be confirmed before launch.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, practice information, professional evidence, event registration details and the information a person chooses to include in an application or enquiry.
Why we use it
Application information is used to assess membership, communicate a decision, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Public profile information is published only after approval and agreement with the member.
Legal bases
Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to take steps before a contract, perform a contract, comply with law, pursue a legitimate interest or act on consent. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Sharing and international transfers
Approved service providers may process information for hosting, authentication, email, payments or support. The final notice will name the relevant providers and explain any transfer safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Information will be kept only for a defined business or legal need. Unsuccessful application records, member records and event records will have separate retention periods before deletion or anonymisation.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
